They will be annoying to get to, and you will have to break apart the biome you're in to get to them, a fuckton of them spawn each time you're near the biome so you are fucked, they do over 100 damage, so if there's 3 or more, which is common, you will not be able to dodge everything and die, the other mobs are just as painful to fight.
